They came this morning to lay out the patio. We'll call these the before pictures:

From the front of the house, you'll see a little bit of patio (this will have a 2 ft. high seating wall on it:

Oh and as you can see, they put the path in behind our house. The dogs like to bark at people who walk on the path

We're finally starting to hang some pictures. We used the set of frames we got as a wedding gift to display some our our wedding photos. It seems like a lot, but not many of them are really wedding-y.

Chris suggested adding a table under them. I'm loving this one from Pottery Barn:

Why am I doing this? It seems like everytime we do something to the house, there's someone we forget to tell. Since work is about to begin on our patio, I figured this would be a great way for everyone to see the progress. And I'll post other stuff too.
